Before ordering
Read before ordering
Please read the terms before sending your request.By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
Work and order acceptance
- Working hours. I work strictly on the working days shown on the website. Weekend work is available only for an additional fee.
- Order acceptance. I reserve the right to decline an order.
- Style. I work in my own style and do not copy other artists' work.
Files and model preparation
- File formats. Live2D project files (.cmo3, .can3) are not provided.
- Model requirements. The model must be fully prepared for rigging and properly separated into layers. Drawing and free layer separation are not included.
- PSD issues. Unpainted areas, artifacts, merged layers and other errors must be fixed by the client's artist or can be fixed by me for an additional fee when possible.
Payment and file delivery
- Payment methods. T-Bank, Sberbank or Hipolink.
- Prepayment. Full 100% prepayment is standard. A 50/50 payment plan may be agreed upon in individual cases.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable if the client changes their mind after payment.
- Final file delivery. With a 50/50 payment plan, the stream-ready model archive is delivered only after the remaining balance is paid.
- Rush orders. Rush production or queue priority changes require an additional fee equal to 90% of the total order price.
Deadlines and queue
- Production time. From 3 months once your turn begins. Deadlines may shift due to rush orders.
- Third-party delays. If work is paused while the client's artist fixes the PSD, the final deadline moves by the number of days required to correct the model.
- Loss of contact. If the client does not respond for more than 10 days without notice, the order is frozen and loses its queue priority.
- Confidentiality. Keeping the work private until debut requires an additional fee.
Rights, revisions and warranty
- Portfolio. I retain the right to use completed models in my portfolio.
- Revisions. Up to 5 major revisions are included free of charge. Further changes are paid separately.
- Credit. The client must credit me as the rigging artist in their channel description, social media or profile.
- Warranty period. The client has 7 days after delivery for active testing. Rigging errors found during this period are fixed for free; later revisions are paid separately.
Bonuses
- PSD preparation consultation. A rigging order includes a free PSD layer review and guidance for the client or their artist on preparing complex elements.
- Discord revisions. Revisions can be handled during a Discord call with screen sharing and real-time model adjustments.
- SCOLOPENDRA bonus. Models ordered from SCOLOPENDRA receive a 5–10% discount on my rigging.
- Large order. Orders from RUB 100,000 receive a 10–90% discount on artwork or emote animation.
- Upgrade discount. Returning clients receive 10% off rigging for a new outfit, hairstyle or a complete update of an older model.
- Refer a friend. A new client referred personally receives 5% off their first order, while the referrer receives one complex expression or model hand asset for free.
- Media boost. I will repost your debut and announcement across my social media, including Telegram and Twitter/X.
